بَابُ تَوْفِيرِ الشَّعْرِ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ وَ الْعُمْرَةَ

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَعْلُوماتٌ‌- شَوَّالٌ وَ ذُو الْقَعْدَةِ وَ ذُو الْحِجَّةِ فَمَنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ وَفَّرَ شَعْرَهُ إِذَا نَظَرَ إِلَى هِلَالِ ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ وَ مَنْ أَرَادَ الْعُمْرَةَ وَفَّرَ شَعْرَهُ شَهْراً.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that al-Hajj is performed during the designated months, which are the months of Shawwal, Dhu al-Qa’dah and Dhu al-Hajj ah. One who decides to perform al- Hajj, should allow his hair to grow as soon as he looks at the moon of the month of Dhu al-Qa’dah. One who decides to perform al-‘Umrah should allow his hair to grow for one month.”

[1]استحباب توفير شعر الرأس للتمتع من اول ذى القعدة و تأكده عند هلال ذى الحجة قول الشيخ في الجمل و ابن إدريس و سائر المتأخرين و قال الشيخ في النهاية: فاذا أراد الإنسان أن يحج متمتعا فعليه أن يوفر شعر رأسه و لحيته من اول ذى القعدة و لا يمس شيئا منها و هو يعطى الوجوب و نحوه قال في الاستبصار: و قال المفيد في المقنعة: إذا أراد الحجّ فليوفر شعر رأسه في مستهل ذى القعدة فان حلقه في ذى القعدة كان عليه دم يهريقه. و قال السيّد في المدارك: لا دلالة لشي‌ء من الروايات على اختصاص الحكم بمن يريد حج التمتع فالتعميم أولى.( آت)ص 317

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ أَ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ رَأْسِهِ فِي شَوَّالٍ كُلِّهِ مَا لَمْ يَرَ الْهِلَالَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ مَا لَمْ يَرَ الْهِلَالَ‌.

2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-Husayn ibn abu al-‘Ala’ who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who wants to go for al-Hajj, if he can shave all of his head before seeing the new moon. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful before seeing the new moon. ‘“

أَحْمَدُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:

لَا تَأْخُذْ مِنْ شَعْرِكَ وَ أَنْتَ تُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ فِي ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ وَ لَا فِي الشَّهْرِ الَّذِي‌ تُرِيدُ فِيهِ الْخُرُوجَ إِلَى الْعُمْرَةِ.

3. Ahmad has narrated from Muhammad ibn Sinan from abu Khalid from abu Hamzah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), ‘You must not shave, if you want to go for al-Hajj, in Dhu al-Qa’dah or in the month during which you want to perform al-‘Umrah.’”

[1]الذي ظاهره أنّه يكفى التوفير للعمرة في ابتداء الشهر الذي يخرج فيه للعمرة و إن لم يكن مدة التوفير شهرا و ظاهر الخبر السابق أنّه يستحب التوفير شهرا كما ذكره في الدروس و يمكن الحمل على مراتب الفضل او حمل الخبر الأوّل على ما يؤول إلى مفاد هذا الخبر و ان كان بعيدا.( آت)ص 318

لَا يَأْخُذُ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا رَأَى هِلَالَ ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ وَ أَرَادَ الْخُرُوجَ مِنْ رَأْسِهِ وَ لَا مِنْ لِحْيَتِهِ.

4. Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Ali from certain persons of our people from Sa‘id al-‘Araj who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A man who wants to go for al-Hajj must not remove any hair from his head or beard in the month of Dhu al-Qa’dah.’”

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Leave hairs untouched for al-Hajj when you see the new moon of Dhu al-Qa’dah, and one month before performing al-‘Umrah.”’
