بَابُ الْوَقْتِ الَّذِي يُكْرَهُ فِيهِ التَّزْوِيجُ‌

أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْخَثْعَمِيِّ عَنْ ضُرَيْسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ:

لَمَّا بَلَغَ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ فِي سَاعَةٍ حَارَّةٍ عِنْدَ نِصْفِ النَّهَارِ فَقَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع مَا أَرَاهُمَا يَتَّفِقَانِ فَافْتَرَقَا.

1. Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hassan ibn Ali from al-‘Abbas ibn ‘Amir and Muhammad ibn Yahya al- Khath’amiy from Durays ibn ‘Abd al-Malik who has said the following: “When it was mentioned to abu Ja‘far (a.s.), that a man married a woman during the heat of the midday, abu Ja’far (a.s.), said, ‘I do not see they can agree.’ They then separated from each other (as he (the Imam) had mentioned).’”

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع‌ أَنَّهُ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ أَبِي فَمَضَيْتُ فَتَزَوَّجْتُهَا حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ زُرْتُهَا فَنَظَرْتُ فَلَمْ أَرَ مَا يُعْجِبُنِي فَقُمْتُ أَنْصَرِفُ فَبَادَرَتْنِي الْقَيِّمَةُ مَعَهَا إِلَى الْبَابِ لِتُغْلِقَهُ عَلَيَّ فَقُلْتُ لَا تُغْلِقِيهِ لَكِ الَّذِي تُرِيدِينَ فَلَمَّا رَجَعْتُ إِلَى أَبِي أَخْبَرْتُهُ بِالْأَمْرِ كَيْفَ كَانَ فَقَالَ أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهَا عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا نِصْفُ الْمَهْرِ وَ قَالَ

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), said to me, T wanted to marry a woman but my father disliked it. I went and married her and afterwards I went to see her. I looked at her and did not see anything attractive to me. I stood up to leave but her guard with her went to the door to close it on me. I told her not to do so and she could have what she wanted. When I returned home to my father and informed him about it, he said, ‘You only owe to her half of the mahr (dower).’ He said, ‘You married her during a hot hour.’”

حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِيثَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ وَ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ قَالا قَالَ

أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ لَيْسَ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِامْرَأَةٍ لَيْلَةَ الْأَرْبِعَاءِ.

3. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Sama‘ah from Ahmad ibn al-Hassan al-Mithamiy from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah and abu al-‘Abbas who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A man must not go to bed with a woman in a Wednesday night.’”
