A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at Bin Mahran who said, ‘I asked him asws about a man who fabricated, how would it befit the Imam asws that he asws whips him?’ He asws said: ‘He asws would whip him between the two whippings (between the highest and the lowest Penalty ( Hadd ))’.
