بَابُ الْحَائِضِ وَ النُّفَسَاءِ تَقْرَءَانِ الْقُرْآنَ‌

1. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr and Hammad from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Women while experiencing Hayd (menses) have permission to recite al-Quran and praise Allah.

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّامِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Zayd al-Shahham who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Women experiencing Hayd (menses), childbirth and one involved in sexual activities (because of which Ghusl (bath) is obligatory) can read al-Quran.’”

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ع عَنِ الطَّامِثِ تَسْمَعُ السَّجْدَةَ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْعَزَائِمِ فَلْتَسْجُدْ إِذَا سَمِعَتْهَا.

3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from abu ‘Ubaydah who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who experiences Hayd (menses) whether she can listen to recitation of the verses of al-Quran that requires prostration. He (the Imam) said, ‘If it is of al-‘Aza’im kind, she must prostrate when she listens to it.’”

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ التَّعْوِيذِ يُعَلَّقُ عَلَى الْحَائِضِ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا كَانَ فِي جِلْدٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ أَوْ قَصَبَةِ حَدِيدٍ.

4. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Safwan ibn Yahya from Mansur ibn Hazim who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of al-Ta‘widh (protective talisman) which women hang on themselves. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, they can do so if it is incased with leather, silver, tube or iron.’”

[2]كانه محمول على الاستحباب للتعظيم و يظهر منه عدم حرمة استعمال مثل هذه الظروف من الفضة التي لا تسمى آنية عرفا و الحديد و ان كان فيه كراهة لكن لا ينافى ذهاب كراهة حمل التعويذ او تخفيفها بسبب ذلك و اللّه أعلم.( آت)ص 106

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ التَّعْوِيذِ يُعَلَّقُ عَلَى الْحَائِضِ قَالَ نَعَمْ لَا بَأْسَ قَالَ وَ قَالَ تَقْرَؤُهُ وَ تَكْتُبُهُ وَ لَا تُصِيبُهُ يَدُهَا وَ رُوِيَ أَنَّهَا لَا تَكْتُبُ الْقُرْآنَ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Dawud ibn Farqad who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of al-Ta‘widh (protective sacred expressions from Quran or names of Allah) which women hang on themselves. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is not harmful.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘She can read, write but must not touch.’ It is narrated that she cannot write al-Quran.’”
