مَنْ قَلَّمَ أَظْفَارَهُ يَوْمَ السَّبْتِ وَ يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ- وَ أَخَذَ مِنْ شَارِبِهِ عُوفِيَ مِنْ وَجَعِ الضِّرْسِ وَ وَجَعِ الْعَيْنِ
Hadith.312 - The Messenger of Allah (sw) said: "Whoever trims their nails on Saturday and Thursday and trims their mustache will be protected from toothache and eye pain."

وَ رُوِيَ أَنَّ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ دَفْنَ الشَّعْرِ وَ الظُّفُرِ وَ الدَّمِ.
[١]تأنيث الضمير باعتبار الخبر أو باعتبار تعدّد المدفون.
[٢]حمله بعضهم على استحباب المشط بعد كل صلاة و الظاهر أن المراد أخذ الزينة للدخول في الصلاة قبلها.( مراد).

[٤]في الكافي ج 6 ص 489 بإسناده عن القاسم بن الوليد قال:« سألت أبا عبد اللّه( ع)-- عن عظام الفيل مداهنها و أمشاطها قال: لا بأس بها» و الظاهر أنّه أراد بعدم البأس الاستحباب كما قاله الفاضل التفرشى أي يستحب اتخاذ الامشاط من العاج و اتخاذ المكاحل و المداهن. و في الصحاح: المكحلة- بضم الميم- التي فيها الكحل و هو أحد ما جاء على الضم من الادوات و فيه المدهن- بضم الميم و الهاء كقنفذ-: قارورة الدهن و هو أحد ما جاء على مفعل ممّا يستعمل من الادوات، و الجمع مداهن- بفتح الميم و كسر الهاء-
وَ قَالَ مُوسَى بْنُ بَكْرٍ- لِلصَّادِقِ ع إِنَّ أَصْحَابَنَا يَقُولُونَ إِنَّمَا أَخْذُ الشَّارِبِ وَ الْأَظْفَارِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ خُذْهَا إِنْ شِئْتَ فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ فِي سَائِرِ الْأَيَّامِ.
Hadith.313 - Musa ibn Bakr said to Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as): "Our companions say that trimming the mustache and nails is only on Jumu’ah." Imam (as) replied: "Glory be to Allah (swt)! Trim them if you wish on Jumu’ah, or if you wish, on any other day."

Hadith.314 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: " Trim it when it grows long."

لِلرِّجَالِ قُصُّوا أَظَافِيرَكُمْ وَ لِلنِّسَاءِ اتْرُكْنَ مِنْ أَظْفَارِكُنَّ فَإِنَّهُ أَزْيَنُ لَكُنَّ
Hadith.315 - The Messenger of Allah (sw) said: For men: ‘trim your nails’, and for women: ‘let your nails grow a bit, for it is (source of) beauty for you.’

يَدْفِنُ الرَّجُلُ أَظَافِيرَهُ وَ شَعْرَهُ إِذَا أَخَذَ مِنْهَا وَ هِيَ سُنَّةٌ
Hadith.316 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "A man should bury his nails and hair when he trims them, and this is a Sunnah."

Hadith.318 - Abu Al-Hasan Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as) was asked about the saying of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Glorious: 'Take your adornment at every place of worship.' (Surah Al-A’raf 7:31). Imam (as) said: "Part of that includes combing one's hair before every prayer”.

مَشْطُ الرَّأْسِ يَذْهَبُ بِالْوَبَاءِ وَ مَشْطُ اللِّحْيَةِ يَشُدُّ الْأَضْرَاسَ
Hadith.319 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "Combing the hair removes ailments, and combing the beard strengthens the teeth."

إِذَا سَرَّحْتَ لِحْيَتَكَ وَ رَأْسَكَ فَأَمِرَّ الْمُشْطَ عَلَى صَدْرِكَ فَإِنَّهُ يَذْهَبُ بِالْهَمِّ وَ الْوَنَا
Hadith.320 - Abu Al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) said: "When you comb your beard and head, pass the comb over your chest as well, for it removes worry and lethargy”.
