وَ رَوَى أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْفَرَّاءُ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ

لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا إِنَّهُ رُبَّمَا اشْتَبَهَ عَلَيْنَا الْوَقْتُ فِي يَوْمِ غَيْمٍ فَقَالَ تَعْرِفُ هَذِهِ الطُّيُورَ الَّتِي تَكُونُ عِنْدَكُمْ بِالْعِرَاقِ- يُقَالُ لَهَا الدُّيُوكُ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ إِذَا ارْتَفَعَتْ أَصْوَاتُهَا وَ تَجَاوَبَتْ فَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ فَصَلِّ.

Hadith.669 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) Al-Farra' that a man from among their companions said to him: "Sometimes the time of prayer becomes unclear for us on a cloudy day." The Imam said: "Do you know these birds that you have in Iraq, which are called roosters (duyook)?" The man replied: "Yes." The Imam said: "When their voices rise and they begin to respond to each other, then at that time, pray."

[1]يعني عند الزوال إذا ما شككت في زوال الشمس فلا ينافى ارتفاع صوتها في غير الزوال. و قال استاذنا الشعرانى: متن الحديث مضطرب و يدلّ على جواز الدخول في الصلاة بصياح الديك فيجوز الاعتماد على الظنّ عند التعذر.ص 223
