[١]تقدّم في المجلد الأول تحت رقم 182 رواه عن عبيد اللّه الحلبيّ عن الصادق عليه السلام قال:« انى لاكره الجنابة- الخ». و المراد بالجنابة الجماع و باصفرار الشّمس قربها من الغروب.
[٢]في أكثر النسخ« محمّد بن العيص» و كذا في التهذيب، و هو تصحيف، و طريق المصنّف إليه قوى.
[٣]يدل على كراهة الجماع عريانا بغير ستر، و على كراهة الاستقبال و الاستدبار في حالته.
[٤]مروى في التهذيب مرسلا و كذا في فقه الرّضا عليه السلام و لم أجده مسندا.
[٥]رواه البرقي في المحاسن مسندا ص 321، و يدلّ على كراهة جماع المحتلم و تخف بالوضوء.
[٦]رواه في المحاسن ص 321 مسندا هكذا« انه كره أن يغشى الرجل امرأته و هى حائض فان غشيها فخرج الولد مجذوما- الخ». و روى المؤلّف نحوه في الخصال في حديث ص 520 و كذا في العلل، و المراد بالكراهة هنا الحرمة.
قَالَ ع يُكْرَهُ الْجَنَابَةُ حِينَ تَصْفَرُّ الشَّمْسُ وَ حِينَ تَطْلُعُ وَ هِيَ صَفْرَاءُ.
Hadith.4409 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as), said: "It is disliked to engage in janabah (ritual impurity due to sexual intercourse) when the sun is turning yellow and when it rises while it is yellow."

أُجَامِعُ وَ أَنَا عُرْيَانٌ قَالَ لَا وَ لَا تَسْتَقْبِلُ الْقِبْلَةَ وَ لَا تَسْتَدْبِرُهَا.
Hadith.4410 - Muhammad ibn al-Faydh asked Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as), saying: "May I engage in intercourse while being completely naked?" Imam (as) replied: "No, and do not face the Qibla nor turn your back to it."

يُكْرَهُ أَنْ يَغْشَى الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَ قَدِ احْتَلَمَ حَتَّى يَغْتَسِلَ مِنِ احْتِلَامِهِ الَّذِي رَأَى فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَخَرَجَ الْوَلَدُ مَجْنُوناً فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ
Hadith.4412 - The Messenger of Allah (swt), peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said: "It is disliked for a man to approach his wife after having experienced a nocturnal emission (wet dream) until he has performed ghusl (ritual purification) from that emission. If he does so and the child is born with a mental disorder, he should blame none but himself."

مَنْ جَامَعَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هِيَ حَائِضٌ فَخَرَجَ الْوَلَدُ مَجْذُوماً أَوْ أَبْرَصَ فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ
Hadith.4413 - The Messenger of Allah (swt), peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said: "Whoever has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, and a child is born afflicted with leprosy or vitiligo, let him blame none but himself."

إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ أَهْلَهُ فَلْيَذْكُرِ اللَّهَ فَإِنَّ مَنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ اللَّهَ عِنْدَ الْجِمَاعِ وَ كَانَ مِنْهُ وَلَدٌ كَانَ ذَلِكَ شِرْكَ شَيْطَانٍ وَ يُعْرَفُ ذَلِكَ بِحُبِّنَا وَ بُغْضِنَا
Hadith.4414 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as), said: "If one of you approaches his wife, let him remember Allah (swt), for whoever does not remember Allah (swt) during intercourse, and a child is born from it, that child will have a share of Satan's partnership. This can be recognized by the child's love or hatred for us."
