لَنْ يَعْمَلَ ابْنُ آدَمَ عَمَلًا أَعْظَمَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِنْ رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ نَبِيّاً أَوْ هَدَمَ الْكَعْبَةَ الَّتِي جَعَلَهَا اللَّهُ قِبْلَةً لِعِبَادِهِ أَوْ أَفْرَغَ مَاءَهُ فِي امْرَأَةٍ حَرَاماً

وَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص
الزِّنَا يُورِثُ الْفَقْرَ وَ يَدَعُ الدِّيَارَ بَلَاقِعَ
[3]جمع بلقعة و هي الأرض القفر التي لا نبات لها و لا شيء بها، أي يصير الزنا سببا لفنائهم حتّى لا يبقى منهم أحد.ص 20
وَ قَالَ ع مَا عَجَّتِ الْأَرْضُ إِلَى رَبِّهَا عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ كَعَجِيجِهَا مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ مِنْ دَمٍ حَرَامٍ يُسْفَكُ عَلَيْهَا أَوِ اغْتِسَالٍ مِنْ زِنًى أَوِ النَّوْمِ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ.
Hadith.4979 - Imam (as) said: "The earth has never cried out to its Lord (azj), the Mighty and Majestic, as intensely as it does because of three things: the shedding of unlawful blood upon it, bathing after engaging in unlawful sexual relations, and sleeping on it (earth) before the rising of the sun."

وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ع قَالَ:
قَالَ يَعْقُوبُ لِابْنِهِ يُوسُفَ ع يَا بُنَيَّ لَا تَزْنِ فَإِنَّ الطَّيْرَ لَوْ زَنَى لَتَنَاثَرَ رِيشُهُ.
Hadith.4980 - In the narration of Abdullah ibn Maymun from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), it is reported: "Prophet Ya'qub (as) said to his son Yusuf (as): 'O' my son, do not commit fornication, for if a bird were to commit fornication, its feathers would fall off.'"

وَ رَوَى عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي الْمِقْدَامِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:
كَانَ فِيمَا أَوْحَى اللَّهُ تَعَالَى إِلَى مُوسَى بْنِ عِمْرَانَ ع يَا مُوسَى بْنَ عِمْرَانَ مَنْ زَنَى زُنِيَ بِهِ وَ لَوْ فِي الْعَقِبِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ يَا مُوسَى بْنَ عِمْرَانَ عِفَّ تَعِفَّ أَهْلُكَ يَا مُوسَى بْنَ عِمْرَانَ إِنْ أَرَدْتَ أَنْ يَكْثُرَ خَيْرُ أَهْلِ بَيْتِكَ فَإِيَّاكَ وَ الزِّنَا يَا مُوسَى بْنَ عِمْرَانَ كَمَا تَدِينُ تُدَانُ.
Hadith.4981 - Narrated by Amr ibn Abi Al-Miqdam from his father, from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said: "It was among what Allah (swt), the Exalted, revealed to Musa ibn Imran (as): O' Musa ibn Imran (as), whoever commits adultery will have adultery committed against him, even if it occurs in his progeny after him. O' Musa ibn Imran (as), preserve your chastity so your family will remain chaste. O' Musa ibn Imran (as), if you desire the goodness of your household to increase, then beware of adultery. O' Musa ibn Imran (as), as you act, so will it be done to you."

وَ صَعِدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص الْمِنْبَرَ فَقَالَ: ثَلَاثَةٌ لا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيامَةِ وَ لا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ ... وَ لا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَ لَهُمْ عَذابٌ أَلِيمٌ شَيْخٌ زَانٍ وَ مَلِكٌ جَبَّارٌ وَ مُقِلٌّ مُخْتَالٌ.
Hadith.4982 - The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) ascended the pulpit and said: "Three types of people Allah (swt) will not speak to on the Day of Judgment, nor will He (swt) look at them, nor will He (swt) purify them, and for them is a painful punishment: an old man who commits adultery, a tyrannical king, and a poor person who is arrogant."

وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:
ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَ لَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَ لَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ الشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَ الدَّيُّوثُ وَ الْمَرْأَةُ تُوطِئُ فِرَاشَ زَوْجِهَا.
Hadith.4983 - In the narration of Ibn Muskan from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from Abu Abdullah (as), he said: "Three types of people Allah (swt) will not speak to on the Day of Judgment, nor will He (swt) look at them, nor will He (swt) purify them, and for them is a painful punishment: an old man who commits adultery, a cuckold (a man who has no sense of honor regarding his family), and a woman who allows another man to violate the sanctity of her husband's bed."

[3]رواه في عقاب الاعمال مسندا و الكليني في الكافي ج 5 ص 543 و 537 و قوله« توطئ فراشى زوجها» أي تجيء برجل آخر في فراش زوجها الذي ينام عليه و يفرش له و هو كناية عن الزنا.ص 21
وَ رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمِيثَمِيُّ عَنْ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ فِي بَعْضِ الْكُتُبِ قَالَ
اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى لَا أُنِيلُ رَحْمَتِي مَنْ يُعَرِّضُنِي لِلْأَيْمَانِ الْكَاذِبَةِ وَ لَا أُدْنِي مِنِّي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَنْ كَانَ زَانِياً.
Hadith.4984 - Ali ibn Ismail Al-Mithami narrated from Basheer, who said: "I read in some books that Allah (swt), the Blessed and Exalted, said: 'I will not grant My (swt) mercy to the one who exposes Me (swt) to false oaths, nor will I bring near to Me (swt) on the Day of Judgment the one who was an adulterer.'"

وَ قَالَ الصَّادِقُ ع
بَرُّوا آبَاءَكُمْ يَبَرَّكُمْ أَبْنَاؤُكُمْ وَ عِفُّوا عَنْ نِسَاءِ النَّاسِ تَعِفَّ نِسَاؤُكُمْ

وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي الْبِلَادِ قَالَ:
كَانَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ دَاوُدَ ع يَأْتِيهَا رَجُلٌ يَسْتَكْرِهُهَا عَلَى نَفْسِهَا فَأَلْقَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِي قَلْبِهَا فَقَالَتْ لَهُ إِنَّكَ لَا تَأْتِينِي مَرَّةً إِلَّا وَ عِنْدَ أَهْلِكَ مَنْ يَأْتِيهِمْ قَالَ فَذَهَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ فَوَجَدَ عِنْدَ أَهْلِهِ رَجُلًا فَأَتَى بِهِ دَاوُدَ ع فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ أُتِيَ إِلَيَّ مَا لَمْ يُؤْتَ إِلَى أَحَدٍ قَالَ وَ مَا ذَاكَ قَالَ وَجَدْتُ هَذَا الرَّجُلَ عِنْدَ أَهْلِي فَأَوْحَى اللَّهُ تَعَالَى إِلَى دَاوُدَ ع قُلْ لَهُ كَمَا تَدِينُ تُدَانُ.
Hadith.4986 - In the narration of Ibrahim ibn Abi Al-Bilad, it is reported: "There was a woman during the time of Prophet Dawud (as) (David), whom a man would force himself upon. Allah (swt), the Almighty and Exalted, inspired her heart, and she said to him: 'You do not come to me except that someone is with your family.' So the man went to his family and found a man with his wife. He brought that man to Prophet Dawud (as), and said: 'O' Prophet of Allah (swt), something has happened to me that has never happened to anyone else.' Dawud (as) asked: 'And what is that?' The man replied: 'I found this man with my wife.' Then Allah (swt), revealed to Dawud (as), saying: 'Tell him: As you deal, so shall you be dealt with.'"

وَ رَوَى الْعَلَاءُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع إِذَا زَنَى الزَّانِي خَرَجَ مِنْهُ رُوحُ الْإِيمَانِ فَإِنِ اسْتَغْفَرَ عَادَ إِلَيْهِ قَالَ وَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَ هُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَ لَا يَشْرَبُ الشَّارِبُ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَ هُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَ لَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَ هُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع وَ كَانَ أَبِي ع يَقُولُ إِذَا زَنَى الزَّانِي فَارَقَهُ رُوحُ الْإِيمَانِ قُلْتُ فَهَلْ يَبْقَى فِيهِ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ شَيْءٌ مَا أَوْ قَدِ انْخَلَعَ مِنْهُ أَجْمَعُ قَالَ لَا بَلْ فِيهِ فَإِذَا قَامَ عَادَ إِلَيْهِ رُوحُ الْإِيمَانِ.
Hadith.4987 - Al-Ala reported from Muhammad ibn Muslim who said that Abu Jafar (as) said: "When a fornicator commits fornication, the spirit of faith departs from him. If he seeks forgiveness, it returns to him." Imam (as) also said that the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "A fornicator does not commit fornication while he is a believer, a drinker does not drink while he is a believer, and a thief does not steal while he is a believer." Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) further said: "My father (as) used to say: 'When a fornicator commits fornication, the spirit of faith leaves him.'" I asked: "Does any part of faith remain in him, or does it completely leave him?" Imam (as) replied: "No, rather a part of it remains. But when he ceases the act, the spirit of faith returns to him." [2]قوله:« لا يزنى الزانى حين يزنى و هو مؤمن» أي لا يبقى الايمان الكامل فانه مشروط بالاجتناب عن الكبائر، فإذا تاب رجع، أو أن الاعتقاد الصحيح و الايمان التام بعظمة اللّه تعالى و بعلمه و بقدرته لا يدع أن يفعلها أما لو غلبت الشهوة فصار أعمى فانه يذهب ذلك الايمان فإذا ذهبت الشهوة ندم و علم أنّه فعل القبيح فكأنّه في ذلك الوقت لا يعتقد قبحه، و على المعنى الأول يلزم التوبة للايمان و يؤيده قوله« فان استغفر عاد إليه» و على المعنى الثاني يرجع بدونه و ان أمكن أن يقال: الندم توبة و هو حاصل البتة لكن فرق بينهما و يؤيده قوله:« فاذا قام عاد إليه روح الايمان».( م ت).ص 22
