الْإِسْلَامُ وَ قَالَ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقى[3] قَالَ هِيَ الْإِيمَانُ بِاللَّهِ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ.
“About the words of Allah, the Majestic, the Glorious, ‘. . . It is the coloring of Allah. Who has a better color than Allah’s color?’ (2:138), Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) said, ‘It (color) stands for al-Islam.’ In the words of Allah, the Majestic, the Glorious, ‘. . . He has established a firm hold onto the strong grip’. . .
