اشْرَبْ مِنْ سُؤْرِ الْحَائِضِ وَ لَا تَوَضَّأْ مِنْهُ.
“Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that it is permissible for you to drink the leftover water from which a woman during her Hayd (menses) has drunk but do not take Wudu 5 with it.”
اشْرَبْ مِنْ سُؤْرِ الْحَائِضِ وَ لَا تَوَضَّأْ مِنْهُ.
“Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that it is permissible for you to drink the leftover water from which a woman during her Hayd (menses) has drunk but do not take Wudu 5 with it.”
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع هَلْ يَغْتَسِلُ الرَّجُلُ وَ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ يُفْرِغَانِ عَلَى أَيْدِيهِمَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَضَعَا أَيْدِيَهُمَا فِي الْإِنَاءِ قَالَ وَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ سُؤْرِ الْحَائِضِ فَقَالَ لَا تَوَضَّأْ مِنْهُ وَ تَوَضَّأْ مِنْ سُؤْرِ الْجُنُبِ إِذَا كَانَتْ مَأْمُونَةً ثُمَّ تَغْسِلُ يَدَيْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُدْخِلَهُمَا فِي الْإِنَاءِ وَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يَغْت
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘Can a man and a woman take a Ghusl (bath) from the same water container? 5 He (the Imam) replied, ‘Yes, they can do so. They first must pour water on their hands and then place their hands in the water container. 5 I (the narrator) then asked, about the leftover water from which a
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ الْحَائِضِ يُشْرَبُ مِنْ سُؤْرِهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ وَ لَا يُتَوَضَّأُ مِنْهُ.
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘Can a woman during her Hayd (menses) drink water which is her own leftover? 5 He (the Imam) replied, ‘It is permissible for her to do so but she must not use it for Wudu 5 .
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع أَ يَتَوَضَّأُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ فَضْلِ الْمَرْأَةِ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَتْ تَعْرِفُ الْوُضُوءَ وَ لَا يَتَوَضَّأْ مِنْ سُؤْرِ الْحَائِضِ.
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), if a man can take Wudu 5 with the water from which a woman has drunk. He (the Imam) said, ‘(Yes, he can do so) if she knows Wudu 5 , but one cannot take Wudu 5 with water which is left over of a woman who experiences Hayd (menses).
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ سُؤْرِ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ فَقَالَ لَا.
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the leftover of Jews and Christians. He (the Imam) said, ‘No.
أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ[1] سُؤْرَ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا وَ سُؤْرَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ وَ الْمُشْرِكِ وَ كُلِّ مَا خَالَفَ الْإِسْلَامَ وَ كَانَ أَشَدَّ ذَلِكَ عِنْدَهُ سُؤْرُ النَّاصِبِ.
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), did not like the leftover of a person born out of wedlock, Jews, Christians and pagans and whoever opposed Islam and most serious to him was the leftover of one hostile to ’A’immah, ‘Alayhim al-Salam.”
