سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَقْرِضُ الدَّرَاهِمَ الْبِيضَ عَدَداً ثُمَّ يُعْطِي سُوداً وَ قَدْ عَرَفَ أَنَّهَا أَثْقَلُ مِمَّا أَخَذَ وَ تَطِيبُ نَفْسُهُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ لَهُ فَضْلَهَا فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهِ شَرْطٌ وَ لَوْ وَهَبَهَا لَهُ كُلَّهَا صَلَحَ.
