الْمُشْتَرِي هُوَ بِكَذَا وَ كَذَا بِأَقَلِّ مَا قَالَ الْبَائِعُ قَالَ الْقَوْلُ قَوْلُ الْبَائِعِ مَعَ يَمِينِهِ إِذَا كَانَ الشَّيْءُ قَائِماً بِعَيْنِهِ[1].
