قُلْتُ لِأَبِي الْحَسَنِ ع إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْخُرُوجَ إِلَى بَعْضِ الْجَبَلِ فَقَالَ مَا لِلنَّاسِ بُدٌّ مِنْ أَنْ يَضْطَرِبُوا سَنَتَهُمْ هَذِهِ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ إِنَّا إِذَا بِعْنَاهُمْ بِنَسِيئَةٍ كَانَ أَكْثَرَ لِلرِّبْحِ قَالَ فَبِعْهُمْ بِتَأْخِيرِ سَنَةٍ قُلْتُ بِتَأْخِيرِ سَنَتَيْنِ قَالَ نَعَمْ قُلْتُ بِتَأْخِيرِ ثَلَاثٍ قَالَ لَا.

قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيٌّ ع فِي رَجُلٍ أَمَرَهُ نَفَرٌ لِيَبْتَاعَ لَهُمْ بَعِيراً بِنَقْدٍ وَ يَزِيدُونَهُ فَوْقَ ذَلِكَ نَظِرَةً فَابْتَاعَ لَهُمْ بَعِيراً وَ مَعَهُ بَعْضُهُمْ فَمَنَعَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهُمْ فَوْقَ وَرِقِهِ نَظِرَةً.

لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ مُرَابَحَةً إِلَّا إِلَى الْأَجَلِ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهُ إِلَيْهِ وَ إِنْ بَاعَهُ مُرَابَحَةً فَلَمْ يُخْبِرْهُ كَانَ لِلَّذِي اشْتَرَاهُ مِنَ الْأَجَلِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ.
