Another Chapter about the Previous Subject

- خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يُرِيدُ فَاطِمَةَ ع وَ أَنَا مَعَهُ فَلَمَّا انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى الْبَابِ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَيْهِ فَدَفَعَهُ‌[2] ثُمَّ قَالَ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَقَالَتْ فَاطِمَةُ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَدْخُلُ قَالَتْ ادْخُلْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَدْخُلُ أَنَا وَ مَنْ مَعِي فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَيْسَ عَلَيَّ قِنَاعٌ فَقَالَ يَا فَاطِمَةُ خُذِي فَضْلَ مِلْحَفَتِكِ فَ

لِيَسْتَأْذِنِ‌ الَّذِينَ مَلَكَتْ أَيْمانُكُمْ‌ وَ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ‌ ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ‌ كَمَا أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ‌[2] وَ مَنْ بَلَغَ الْحُلُمَ فَلَا يَلِجُ عَلَى أُمِّهِ وَ لَا عَلَى أُخْتِهِ وَ لَا عَلَى خَالَتِهِ وَ لَا عَلَى سِوَى ذَلِكَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنٍ فَلَا تَأْذَنُوا حَتَّى يُسَلِّمَ وَ السَّلَامُ طَاعَةٌ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ قَالَ وَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع لِيَسْ

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Your slaves and those of you who have not yet gained feeling of carnal desires must ask for your permission three times as Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has commanded. Those who have gained feeling of carnal desire must not enter the place of his mother, sister and maternal aun

هِيَ خَاصَّةٌ فِي الرِّجَالِ دُونَ النِّسَاءِ قُلْتُ فَالنِّسَاءُ يَسْتَأْذِنَّ فِي هَذِهِ الثَّلَاثِ سَاعَاتٍ قَالَ لَا وَ لَكِنْ يَدْخُلْنَ وَ يَخْرُجْنَ- وَ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ‌ قَالَ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ‌[1] قَالَ عَلَيْكُمُ اسْتِئْذَانٌ كَاسْتِئْذَانِ مَنْ قَدْ بَلَغَ فِي هَذِهِ الثَّلَاثِ سَاعَاتٍ.

لِيَسْتَأْذِنْكُمُ الَّذِينَ مَلَكَتْ أَيْمانُكُمْ وَ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ صَلاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَ حِينَ تَضَعُونَ ثِيابَكُمْ مِنَ الظَّهِيرَةِ وَ مِنْ بَعْدِ صَلاةِ الْعِشاءِ ثَلاثُ عَوْراتٍ لَكُمْ‌[2] لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَ لا عَلَيْهِمْ جُناحٌ بَعْدَهُنَّ طَوَّافُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ‌ وَ مَنْ بَلَغَ الْحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ فَلَا يَلِجُ عَلَى أُمِّهِ وَ لَا عَلَى أُخْتِهِ وَ لَا ع

“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Those whom your right hands possess and who have not gained feeling of carnal desires must ask permission from you three times: before the morning Salat (prayer), at noontime when you undress and after Salat (prayer) of al-‘Isha’ which are three times of privacy and thereafter it is not u

فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ- يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِيَسْتَأْذِنْكُمُ الَّذِينَ مَلَكَتْ أَيْمانُكُمْ وَ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ‌ قِيلَ مَنْ هُمْ فَقَالَ هُمُ الْمَمْلُوكُونَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَ النِّسَاءِ[4] وَ الصِّبْيَانُ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا يَسْتَأْذِنُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ عِنْدَ هَذِهِ الثَّلَاثِ الْعَوْرَاتِ مِنْ بَعْدِ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ وَ هِيَ الْعَتَمَةُ وَ
