سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ قَاضٍ بَيْنَ قَرْيَتَيْنِ يَأْخُذُ مِنَ السُّلْطَانِ عَلَى الْقَضَاءِ الرِّزْقَ فَقَالَ ذَلِكَ السُّحْتُ[1].
“Once abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked about a judge between two towns who receives his wages from al-Sultan. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is a sinful earning.”’
