قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع يَدُ اللَّهِ فَوْقَ رَأْسِ الْحَاكِمِ تُرَفْرِفُ بِالرَّحْمَةِ[1] فَإِذَا حَافَ وَكَلَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ.
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali, Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘The hand of Allah waves over the head of a governor and a judge because of judgment; but when he acts unjustly then Allah leaves him to his own self.’”
