قُلْتُ لَهُ- كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِالنُّذُرِ فَقالُوا أَ بَشَراً مِنَّا واحِداً نَتَّبِعُهُ‌ إِنَّا إِذاً لَفِي ضَلالٍ وَ سُعُرٍ أَ أُلْقِيَ الذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ بَيْنِنا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ[2] قَالَ هَذَا كَانَ بِمَا كَذَّبُوا بِهِ صَالِحاً وَ مَا أَهْلَكَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ قَوْماً قَطُّ حَتَّى يَبْعَثَ إِلَيْهِمْ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ الرُّسُلَ فَيَحْتَجُّوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَبَعَثَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ صَالِحاً فَدَع
