قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع وَ سُئِلَ عَنِ السَّحَابِ أَيْنَ يَكُونُ قَالَ يَكُونُ عَلَى شَجَرٍ عَلَى كَثِيبٍ[5] عَلَى شَاطِئِ الْبَحْرِ يَأْوِي إِلَيْهِ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَنْ يُرْسِلَهُ أَرْسَلَ رِيحاً فَأَثَارَتْهُ وَ وَكَّلَ بِهِ مَلَائِكَةً يَضْرِبُوهُ بِالْمَخَارِيقِ[6] وَ هُوَ الْبَرْقُ فَيَرْتَفِعُ ثُمَ قَرَأَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ- اللَّهُ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ الرِّياحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحاباً فَ
