كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ع أَشْكُو جَفَاءَ أَهْلِ وَاسِطٍ وَ حَمْلَهُمْ عَلَيَّ وَ كَانَتْ عِصَابَةٌ مِنَ الْعُثْمَانِيَّةِ تُؤْذِينِي فَوَقَّعَ بِخَطِّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى أَخَذَ مِيثَاقَ أَوْلِيَائِنَا عَلَى الصَّبْرِ فِي دَوْلَةِ الْبَاطِلِ فَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَلَوْ قَدْ قَامَ سَيِّدُ الْخَلْقِ[4] لَقَالُوا- يا وَيْلَنا مَنْ بَعَثَنا مِنْ مَرْقَدِنا هذا ما وَعَدَ الرَّحْمن
