سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ بْنَ أَعْيَنَ يَسْأَلُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يُسَائِلُهُ حَتَّى قَالَ فَهَلَكَ النَّاسُ إِذاً قَالَ إِي وَ اللَّهِ يَا ابْنَ أَعْيَنَ فَهَلَكَ النَّاسُ أَجْمَعُونَ قُلْتُ مَنْ فِي الْمَشْرِقِ وَ مَنْ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ قَالَ إِنَّهَا فُتِحَتْ بِضَلَالٍ إِي وَ اللَّهِ لَهَلَكُوا إِلَّا ثَلَاثَةً.
