كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع يَقُولُ‌ إِذَا نَادَى الْمُنَادِي فَلَيْسَ لَكَ أَنْ تَزِيدَ فَإِذَا سَكَتَ فَلَكَ أَنْ تَزِيدَ وَ إِنَّمَا تَحْرُمُ الزِّيَادَةُ وَ النِّدَاءُ يُسْمَعُ وَ يُحِلُّهَا السُّكُوتُ‌[3].
