سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ غُلَامُهُ جَارِيَةً حُرَّةً فَقَالَ الطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْغُلَامِ فَإِنْ تَزَوَّجَهَا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوْلَاهُ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْمَوْلَى.

Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at, from Muhammad Bin Ziyad, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws , said, ‘I asked him asws about a man who married his slave to a slave girl of a free woman. So he asws said: ‘The divorce is by the hand of the slave. So if he married her without the permission of his master, so the divorce is in the hand of the master’.
