عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ قَالَ:

فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ أُمَّ وَلَدِهِ ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا قَالَ تَعْتَدُّ بِأَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ وَ عَشْرٍ وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ حُبْلَى اعْتَدَّتْ بِأَبْعَدِ الْأَجَلَيْنِ.
English translationHubeAli
Ali, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel Bin Darraj, from one of his companions, ‘He asws said regarding a man who emancipated a mother of his children, then died from her before she had fulfilled her waiting period. He asws said: ‘She would observe the waiting period of four months and ten (days), and if she was pregnant, she would wait with the further of the two terms’.
