مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّالِ عَنْ أَسَدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ مَا تَمْلِكُ مِنْ قَرَابَتِهَا قَالَ كُلَّ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا خَمْسَةً أَبَاهَا وَ أُمَّهَا وَ ابْنَهَا وَ ابْنَتَهَا وَ زَوْجَهَا.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hajjal, from Asad Bin Abu Al Aa’la, from Abu Hamza who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah asws about the woman, what she can own from her relatives?’ He asws said: ‘Everyone except for five – her father, and her mother, and her son, and her daughter, and her husband’.
