Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Washa, from Aban Bin Usman, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah asws about the man who takes his father, or his mother, or his brother, or his sister as slaves. So he asws said: ‘As for the sister, so she was emancipated (liberated) the moment he owned her, and as for the brother, so he would enslave him, and as for the two parents, so they have both been emancipated the moment he owned them both’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And I asked him asws about the woman who breast-fed her slave, can she take him as a slave?’ He asws said: ‘She would emancipate him, and it is an abhorrence (breast-feeding her slave)’.
