سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع وَ قَدْ سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَذْبَحُ فَتُسْرِعُ السِّكِّينُ فَتُبِينُ الرَّأْسَ فَقَالَ الذَّكَاةُ الْوَحِيَّةُ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَكْلِهِ إِذَا لَمْ يَتَعَمَّدْ بِذَلِكَ.
English translationHubeAli
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hroun Bin Muslim, from Mas’ada Bin sadaqa who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah asws , and he asws had been asked about the man who slaughtered, so the knife hastened and the head was cut off. So he asws said: ‘The vivid slaughter. There is no problem with eating it when it was not deliberate with that’.
