عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْقَفَهُ الْإِمَامُ لِلِّعَانِ فَشَهِدَ شَهَادَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ نَكَلَ وَ أَكْذَبَ نَفْسَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَفْرُغَ مِنَ اللِّعَانِ قَالَ

يُجْلَدُ حَدَّ الْقَاذِفِ وَ لَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, altogether from Ibn Mahboub, from Abbad Bin Suheyb, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws regarding a man paused by the Imam asws for the cursing. So he testifies with two testimonies, then withdraws, and admits lying by himself before he is free from the cursing. He asws said: ‘He would be whipped a Penalty ( Hadd ) of the slanderer, and there would be no separation between him and his wife’.
