alkafi-13758عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ يُجْلَدُ ثُمَّ يُخَلَّى بَيْنَهُمَا وَ لَا يُلَاعِنُهَا حَتَّى يَقُولَ إِنَّهُ قَدْ رَأَى مَنْ يَفْجُرُ بِهَا بَيْنَ رِجْلَيْهَا.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said regarding the man who slandered his wife: ‘He would be whipped, then there would be separation between the two, and he would not curse her until he is saying that he had seen someone being immoral with her between her two legs’.
