مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ مِنَ الْأَشْرِبَةِ يَجِبُ فِيهِ كَمَا يَجِبُ فِي الْخَمْرِ مِنَ الْحَدِّ.
English translationHubeAli
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Noman, from Abu Al Sabbah Al Kanany, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘Every intoxicant from the drinks Obligates the Penalty ( Hadd ) with regards to it, just as it Obligates regarding the wine’.
