قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع لَا يُقْتَلُ الْوَالِدُ بِوَلَدِهِ وَ يُقْتَلُ الْوَلَدُ بِوَالِدِهِ وَ لَا يَرِثُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا قَتَلَهُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ خَطَأً.

Ali, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Ibn Sinan, from Al A’la Bin Al Fuzayl who said, ‘Abu Abdullah asws said: ‘The father would not be killed due to his son, but the son would be killed due to (killing of) his father; and the man would not inherit the man when he kills him, even though it (were to) be in error’.
