Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, ‘. . . if you doubt . . (65:4) He (the Imam) said, ‘Whatever takes place after a month is doubtful.’”

[2]ظاهر هذا الخبر مخالف لكلام كافة الاصحاب و لكثير من الاخبار، و يمكن حمله مع بعد على أن الريبة و الاختلاط يحصل بهذا القدر و ان لم يترتب عليه حكم المذكور في الآية، أو المراد أنه مع تجاوز الشهر عن العادة تحصل الريبة المقصودة من الآية غالبا.( آت) و الآية في سورة الطلاق: 4.ص 75
