3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Tarif from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of our people who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When a woman becomes fifty years old, she does not see anything red (experience Hayd (menses)) unless she is from Quraysh.’”

[3]يظهر بانضمام الخبر السابق أن القرشية تيأس لستين و لم أجد رواية بالحاق النبطية بالقرشية و في شرح الشرائع أنّه لم يوجد لها رواية مسندة و قال في المدارك: المراد بالقرشية من انتسب الى قريش بابيها كما هو المختار في نظائره و يحتمل الاكتفاء بالام هنا لان لها مدخلا في ذلك بسبب تقارب الامزجة.( آت)ص 107
