Hadith.1899 - Abdullah ibn Sinan asked Imam (as) about a man who is making up a fast for the Month of Ramadan. He becomes junub (in a state of ritual impurity) at the beginning of the night but does not perform ghusl until the end of the night, thinking that dawn has already broken. Imam (as) said: "He should not fast that day but should fast on another day."

[2]يدل على أن مع أدرك الصبح جنبا لا يصحّ له قضاء شهر رمضان كما هو مختار أكثر المحقّقين من المتأخّرين، و اطلاق النصّ و كلام الاصحاب يقتضى عدم الفرق في ذلك بين من أصبح في النومة الأولى أو الثانية و لا في القضاء بين الموسع و المضيق، و احتمل الشهيد الثاني- قدّس سرّه- جواز القضاء مع التضيق لمن لم يعلم بالجنابة حتّى أصبح، و يحتمل مساواته لصوم شهر رمضان فيصح إذا أصبح في النومة الأولى خاصّة، و قال السيّد المحقّق في المدارك:ص 120
