قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ تَقْضِيَ الْمَنَاسِكَ كُلَّهَا عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ إِلَّا الطَّوَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَ الْوُضُوءُ أَفْضَلُ.

Hadith.2810 - It is narrated from Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar that Abu Abdullah (as) said: "There is no harm in completing all the rituals without being in a state of wudu, except for the tawaf around the Kaaba. However, performing wudu is better."

[1]أجمع الاصحاب على اشتراط الطهارة في الطواف الواجب، و اختلفوا في المندوب و المشهور عدمه و الاستحباب كما في سائر المناسك، و قوله:« و الوضوء أفضل» أي في غير الطواف بقرينة استثناء الطواف( م ت) و نقل عن أبي الصلاح الاشتراط لإطلاق بعض الروايات.ص 400
