رَوَى يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ بَشَّارٍ الْوَاسِطِيِّ قَالَ:

كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ع أَنَّ لِي قَرَابَةً قَدْ خَطَبَ إِلَيَّ ابْنَتِي وَ فِي خُلُقِهِ سُوءٌ فَقَالَ لَا تُزَوِّجْهُ إِنْ كَانَ سَيِّئَ الْخُلُقِ.

Hadith.4428 - Yaqub ibn Yazid narrated from Al-Husayn ibn Bashshar Al-Wasiti, who said: I wrote to Abu Al-Hasan Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as) saying: "I have a relative who has proposed to my daughter, but he has bad character." Imam (as) replied: "Do not marry her to him if he has bad character."

[1]يدل على جواز ترك اجابة الكفؤ إذا كان سيئ الخلق و يؤيده الاخبار المتقدمة من قوله عليه السلام« ممّن ترضون خلقه» و ان احتمل أن يكون المراد به الدين لكن الدين مذكور معه و التأسيس أولى من التأكيد.( م ت).ص 409
