[١]العرقوب: عصب غليظ فوق عقب الإنسان و من الدابّة في رجلها بمنزلة الركبة في يدها.( فى)
[٢]ظاهر الخبر جواز الاكل منه بعد السقوط و إن لم يفارقه الحياة كما هو ظاهر الآية و هو خلاف المشهور بين الاصحاب و يمكن حمله على ذهاب الروح بان يكون المراد عدم وجوب الصبر الا ان يسلخ جلده و إن كان بعيدا.( آت)
[٣]اجلال جمع جل و قد يجمع على جلال ايضا. و قال في الدروس: يستحب الصدقة بجلودها و جلالها و قلائدها تأسيا بالنبى صلّى اللّه عليه و آله و يكره بيع الجلود و اعطاؤها الجزار اجرة لا صدقة.( آت)
رَأَيْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ الْأَوَّلَ ع دَعَا بِبَدَنَةٍ فَنَحَرَهَا فَلَمَّا ضَرَبَ الْجَزَّارُونَ عَرَاقِيبَهَا فَوَقَعَتْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ وَ كَشَفُوا شَيْئاً عَنْ سَنَامِهَا قَالَ اقْطَعُوا وَ كُلُوا مِنْهَا وَ أَطْعِمُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ- فَإِذا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُها فَكُلُوا مِنْها وَ أَطْعِمُوا.
9. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Asbat from a slave of abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), who has said the following: “I saw abu al-Hassan, al-Awwal (a.s.), ask for a badanah and he slaughtered it. When the butchers cut off its veins and it fell on the ground and they uncovered its hump he (the Imam) told them to get something thereof and eat; Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has said, ‘When their sides reach the ground eat and feed thereof.’”

كُلُوا مِنْ لُحُومِ الْأَضَاحِيِّ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ وَ ادَّخِرُوا.
10. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ‘Isma‘il from Hanan ibn Sadir from abu Ja‘far (a.s.), and from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, prohibited us from the meat of offering after three days then he granted permission, saying ‘Eat of the meat of offerings after three days and preserve.’”

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص أَنْ يُعْطَى الْجَزَّارُ مِنْ جُلُودِ الْهَدْيِ وَ أَجْلَالِهَا شَيْئاً.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs ibn af-Bakhtariy who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, prohibited giving of the hide, collar and covering of offering animals to the butchers.”

[3]اجلال جمع جل و قد يجمع على جلال ايضا. و قال في الدروس: يستحب الصدقة بجلودها و جلالها و قلائدها تأسيا بالنبى صلّى اللّه عليه و آله و يكره بيع الجلود و اعطاؤها الجزار اجرة لا صدقة.( آت)ص 501
يُنْتَفَعُ بِجِلْدِ الْأُضْحِيَّةِ وَ يُشْتَرَى بِهِ الْمَتَاعُ وَ إِنْ تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ وَ قَالَ نَحَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص بَدَنَةً وَ لَمْ يُعْطِ الْجَزَّارِينَ جُلُودَهَا وَ لَا قَلَائِدَهَا وَ لَا جِلَالَهَا وَ لَكِنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ وَ لَا تُعْطِ السَّلَّاخَ مِنْهَا شَيْئاً وَ لَكِنْ أَعْطِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ.
2. In the narration of Mu’awiyah ibn ‘Ammar from abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, it is said that the hide of animal for offering can be used for beneficial purposes or purchase thereby goods, but to give them as charity is better. He (the Imam) said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, slaughtered a badanah and did not give its hide to butchers or the decorative items but gave them as charity. You must not give the hide to those who skin animals, but give them from other things.’”
