عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ صَبِيحٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص‌ لَيْسَ لِلنِّسَاءِ مِنْ سَرَوَاتِ الطَّرِيقِ شَيْ‌ءٌ وَ لَكِنَّهَا تَمْشِي فِي جَانِبِ الْحَائِطِ وَ الطَّرِيقِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il has narrated from af-Fadf ibn Shadhan from all Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Ibrahim ibn ‘ Abd al-Hamid from Walid ibn Sabih who has said the following: ““Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ’A woman must not walk in the center of the road. She must walk next to the wall or side of the road.”’

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص‌ أَيُّ امْرَأَةٍ تَطَيَّبَتْ ثُمَّ خَرَجَتْ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا فَهِيَ تُلْعَنُ‌ حَتَّى تَرْجِعَ‌ إِلَى بَيْتِهَا مَتَى مَا رَجَعَتْ.

2. Ibn abu ‘Umayr has narrated from Ibrahim ibn ‘Abd al-Hamid from al-Walid ibn Sabih who has said the following: “Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘If a woman wears perfumes then goes out of her house, she is then cursed and condemned until she returns to her home whenever she does.’”

[2]يدل على كراهة كشف المرأة يديها عند اليهودية و النصرانية و ربما قيل بالتحريم لقوله تعالى:« أَوْ نِسائِهِنَّ» اذ الظاهر اختصاصها بالمؤمنات.( آت)ص 519

لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تُجَمِّرَ ثَوْبَهَا إِذَا خَرَجَتْ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih al-Sindiy from Ja’far ibn Bashir from ibn Bukayr from a man who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not proper for a woman to wear perfumes when she goes out of her house.’”

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘Women must not walk in the Surat (center) of the road but they must walk on either side - it (surat) is the middle of it.’”

لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَنْكَشِفَ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الْيَهُودِيَّةِ وَ النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ فَإِنَّهُنَّ يَصِفْنَ ذَلِكَ لِأَزْوَاجِهِنَّ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from and Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from all from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs ibn al-Bakhtariy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not proper for a woman to remove her veil before a Jewish woman or a Christian woman because they can describe it to their husband.’”

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَمُّونٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مِسْمَعٍ أَبِي سَيَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

فِيمَا أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مِنَ الْبَيْعَةِ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ أَنْ لَا يَحْتَبِينَ‌ وَ لَا يَقْعُدْنَ مَعَ الرِّجَالِ فِي الْخَلَاءِ.

6. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn al-Hassan Shammun from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Abd al- Rahman from Misma’ abu Sayyariy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that of the matters for which the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, took pledges from the women was that they must not sit in Ihtibah position and must not sit with men privately.” ( Ihtibah is sitting with knees and thighs raised against one’s belly when sitting on one’s hips, using one’s arms or a piece of cloth as a ring around the knees and waist)

الهوامش1

[3]الاحتباء أن يجمع بين ساقيه و ظهره بثوب أو غيره و لعله محمول على الكراهة و لم أر قائلا بالحرمة و أمّا القعود مع الرجال في الخلاء فيحتمل أن يكون ان المراد التخلى مع الاجنبى و هو حرام كما ذكره الاصحاب، و يحتمل أن يكون المراد القعود مع الرجال لقضاء الحاجة فيكون النهى أعم من الكراهة و الحرمة بالنظر الى أحوال المرأة و اختلاف الرجال في كونه زوجا او محرما او اجنبيا و تفصيل الحكم لا يخفى على المتأمل.( آت)ص 519
