1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Marwan ibn Muslim from Muhammad ibn Shurayh who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about women’s going out for the two ‘Id. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, except old women wearing their pairs of shoes.’” (Consult Fatwah about this hadith)

2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Muhammad ibn Ali from Yunus ibn Ya’qub who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about women going out for ‘Id and Friday Salat (prayer).
