عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يَلْبَسُ الْقَلَانِسَ الْيَمَنِيَّةَ وَ الْبَيْضَاءَ وَ الْمُضَرَّبَةَ وَ ذَاتَ الْأُذُنَيْنِ فِي‌ الْحَرْبِ وَ كَانَتْ عِمَامَتُهُ السَّحَابَ وَ كَانَ لَهُ بُرْنُسٌ يَتَبَرْنَسُ بِهِ‌.

English translationMuhammad Sarwar

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, would wear a white Yemeniy cape and a quilted one with two ears for the war time. His turban was al-Sahab and a hooded cloak which he would wear.’”

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يَلْبَسُ قَلَنْسُوَةً بَيْضَاءَ مُضَرَّبَةً وَ كَانَ يَلْبَسُ فِي الْحَرْبِ قَلَنْسُوَةً لَهَا أُذُنَانِ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of his people who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, wore a white cape which was quilted. And for the war time he would wear one which had two ears.’”

حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِيثَمِيِّ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْمُخْتَارِ قَالَ

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ اعْمَلْ لِي قَلَانِسَ بَيْضَاءَ وَ لَا تُكَسِّرْهَا فَإِنَّ السَّيِّدَ مِثْلِي لَا يَلْبَسُ الْمُكَسَّرَ.

3. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad from Sama‘ah from Ahmad ibn al-Hassan al-Mithamiy from al- Husayn ibn al-Mukhtar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, once said, ‘Make for me white capes and do not (make them of large size that require folding) break them; a master like me does not wear the broken one.’”

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي الْبِلَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْمُخْتَارِ قَالَ

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ اتَّخِذْ لِي قَلَنْسُوَةً وَ لَا تَجْعَلْهَا مُصَبَّغَةً فَإِنَّ السَّيِّدَ مِثْلِي لَا يَلْبَسُهَا يَعْنِي لَا تُكَسِّرْهَا.

4. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Yahya ibn Ibrahim ibn abu al-Balad from his father from al-Husayn ibn al-Mukhtar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, once said to me, ‘Find for me capes but do not color them; a master like me does not wear them, that is, you must not (make them of a large size to require you to) break (fold) them.’”

الهوامش1

[2]أي واسعة طويلة ليحتاج إلى كسر طرفه فان الاصباغ لغة في الاسباغ و في بعض النسخ مضيقة اي لا تكسرها لتصير بعد الكسر مضيقة( قاله العلّامة المجلسيّ) و قال في هامش المطبوع: و يحتمل أن يكون المراد من قوله عليه السلام:« لا تجعلها مصبغة اي لا تتخذها مصبوغا بلون بل تكون أبيض و يؤيده الخبر الذي قبله عن الحسين أيضا.ص 462
