وَ رُوِيَ عَنِ اَلصَّادِقِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

Hadith.842 - It was narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that He said: "It is disliked (makruh) because it may cause harm to the person next to him."

قَالَ هِشَامُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ‌- لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ أَخْبِرْنِي عَمَّا يَجُوزُ السُّجُودُ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَمَّا لَا يَجُوزُ قَالَ السُّجُودُ لَا يَجُوزُ إِلَّا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ أَوْ عَلَى مَا أَنْبَتَتِ الْأَرْضُ إِلَّا مَا أُكِلَ أَوْ لُبِسَ فَقَالَ لَهُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ مَا الْعِلَّةُ فِي ذَلِكَ قَالَ لِأَنَّ السُّجُودَ خُضُوعٌ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَلَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَكُونَ عَلَى مَا يُؤْكَلُ أَوْ يُلْبَسُ لِأَنَّ أَبْنَاءَ الدُّنْيَا عَبِيدُ مَا يَأْكُلُونَ وَ يَلْبَسُونَ وَ السَّاجِدُ فِي سُجُودِهِ فِي عِبَادَةِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَلَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَضَعَ جَبْهَتَهُ فِي سُجُودِهِ عَلَى مَعْبُودِ أَبْنَاءِ الدُّنْيَا الَّذِينَ اغْتَرُّوا بِغُرُورِهَا وَ السُّجُودُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ أَفْضَلُ لِأَنَّهُ أَبْلَغُ فِي التَّوَاضُعِ وَ الْخُضُوعِ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ.

Hadith.843 - Hisham ibn al-Hakam said to Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as): "Tell me about what is permissible to prostrate on and what is not." Imam (as) replied: "Prostration is only permissible on the earth or what grows from the earth, except for what is eaten or worn." Hisham then asked: "May I be your ransom, what is the reason for that?" The Imam said: "Prostration is an act of humility before Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, and it should not be on what is eaten or worn because the people of the world are slaves to what they eat and wear. The one who prostrates in worship of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, should not place his forehead on what is worshipped by the people of the world who are deceived by its allure. Prostration on the earth is superior because it is more effective in demonstrating humility and submission to Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic."

قَالَ الصَّادِقُ ع‌ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى جَعَلَ الْكَعْبَةَ قِبْلَةً لِأَهْلِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَ جَعَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ قِبْلَةً لِأَهْلِ الْحَرَمِ وَ جَعَلَ الْحَرَمَ قِبْلَةً لِأَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا.

Hadith.844 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said : "Indeed, Allah (swt), Blessed and Exalted, made the Ka’ba the Qiblah (direction of prayer) for the people of the mosque (Masjid al-Haram), and He made the mosque the Qiblah for the people of the sanctuary (Haram), and He made the sanctuary the Qiblah for the people of the world."

«إِنَّ اَلْحَجَرَ اَلْأَسْوَدَ لَمَّا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ اَلْجَنَّةِ وَ وُضِعَ فِي مَوْضِعِهِ جُعِلَ أَنْصَابُ اَلْحَرَمِ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَحِقَهُ اَلنُّورُ نُورُ اَلْحَجَرِ فَهُوَ عَنْ يَمِينِ اَلْكَعْبَةِ أَرْبَعَةُ أَمْيَالٍ وَ عَنْ يَسَارِهَا ثَمَانِيَةُ أَمْيَالٍ كُلُّهُ اِثْنَا عَشَرَ مِيلاً فَإِذَا اِنْحَرَفَ اَلْإِنْسَانُ ذَاتَ اَلْيَمِينِ خَرَجَ عَنْ حَدِّ اَلْقِبْلَةِ لِقِلَّةِ أَنْصَابِ اَلْحَرَمِ وَ إِذَا اِنْحَرَفَ اَلْإِنْسَانُ ذَاتَ اَلْيَسَارِ لَمْ يَكُنْ خَارِجاً عَنْ حَدِّ اَلْقِبْلَةِ.

Hadith.845 - Al-Mufaddal ibn Umar asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) about the deviation of some of our companions to the left from the Qiblah and the reason for it. Imam (as) replied: "When the Black Stone (Hajar al-Aswad) was brought down from Paradise and placed in its position, the boundaries of the Haram (sanctuary) were determined by the reach of the light emanating from the Stone. It is four miles to the right of the Ka’ba and eight miles to the left, making a total of twelve miles. Thus, if a person deviates to the right, they leave the boundary of the Qiblah due to the lesser extent of the Haram's boundary, but if they deviate to the left, they do not leave the boundary of the Qiblah."

^[1]أراد باصحابه أهل العراق، و روى الكليني في الكافي ج 3 ص 487 عن عليّ بن محمّد رفعه قال:« قيل لابى عبد اللّه( ع): لم صار الرجل ينحرف في الصلاة الى اليسار؟ فقال لان للكعبة ستة حدود أربعة منها عن يسارك و اثنان منها على يمينك فمن أجل ذلك وقع التحريف الى اليسار» و قال في المدارك:« استحباب التياسر هو المشهور و ظاهر عبارة الشيخ في النهاية و المبسوط و الخلاف يعطى الوجوب مستدلا باجماع الفرقة و برواية المفضل بن عمر، و بما رواه الكليني و الروايتان ضعيفتا السند جدا و العمل بهما لا يؤمن معه الانحراف الفاحش عن حدّ القبلة و ان كان في ابتدائه قليلا و الحكم مبنى على أن البعيد قبلته الحرم كما ذكره المحقق في النافع و العلامة- رحمهما اللّه- في المنتهى و احتمل العلامة في المختلف اطراد الحكم على القولين و هو بعيد».ص 273

^[2]المشهور عدم العمل به و ان ادعى الشيخ الإجماع عليه و الامر سهل لندرة الفرض و لو لم يصل للاخبار الصحيحة لكان أحوط الا مع الضرورة فيتخير بينه و بين الصلاة قائما لكن لا يسجد على طرف الجدار بحيث لا يبقى له قبلة و هو أحوط.( م ت).ص 274
