وَ سَأَلَ عَبْدُ اَلْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَمَّا يَصِلُ إِلَيْنَا مِنْ ثِيَابِ اَلْكَعْبَةِ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لَنَا أَنْ نَلْبَسَ شَيْئاً مِنْهَا فَقَالَ

«يَصْلُحُ لِلصِّبْيَانِ وَ اَلْمَصَاحِفِ وَ اَلْمِخَدَّةِ تَبْتَغِي بِذَلِكَ اَلْبَرَكَةَ إِنْ شَاءَ اَللَّهُ تَعَالَى ».

Hadith.2333 - Abdul Malik ibn Utbah asked Abu Abdullah (as) about garments from the coverings of the Kaaba that reach us. He inquired whether it is permissible to wear any of it. Imam (as) replied: "It is suitable for children, for covering copies of the Quran, and for use as cushions, seeking blessings through it, if Allah (swt), the Exalted, wills."

[1]يدلّ على جواز الانتفاع و استحباب التبرك بها و على جواز الباس الصبيان بها و يحمل على غير المميز جمعا بين الروايات، و لا يرد أنّه وقف للكعبة فلا يجوز التصرف فيها لانه هكذا وقف بأن يكون سنة لباس الكعبة و بعدها يكون للخدمة. و الابتغاء: الطلب.( م ت).ص 253
