كَتَبَ عَمْرُو بْنُ سَعِيدٍ السَّابَاطِيُ‌[4] إِلَى أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع‌ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى إِلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ أَنْ يُحِجَّ عَنْهُ ثَلَاثَةَ رِجَالٍ فَيَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ لِنَفْسِهِ حَجَّةً مِنْهَا فَوَقَّعَ ع بِخَطِّهِ وَ قَرَأْتُهُ حُجَّ عَنْهُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى فَإِنَّ لَكَ مِثْلَ أَجْرِهِ- وَ لَا يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ شَيْ‌ءٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى‌[1].
