مَنْ حَجَّ مُعْتَمِراً[2] فِي شَوَّالٍ وَ مِنْ نِيَّتِهِ أَنْ يَعْتَمِرَ وَ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى بِلَادِهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ وَ إِنْ هُوَ أَقَامَ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَهُوَ مُتَمَتِّعٌ لِأَنَّ أَشْهُرَ الْحَجِّ شَوَّالٌ وَ ذُو الْقَعْدَةِ وَ ذُو الْحِجَّةِ فَمَنِ اعْتَمَرَ فِيهِنَّ وَ أَقَامَ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَهِيَ مُتْعَةٌ وَ مَنْ رَجَعَ إِلَى بِلَادِهِ وَ لَمْ يُقِمْ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَهِيَ عُمْرَةٌ فَإِنِ اعْتَمَرَ فِي شَهْ
"Whoever performs Umrah in Shawwal with the intention of returning to their homeland without staying until Hajj, there is no harm in doing so.
