Chapter on the Obligation to Adhere to the Apparent Ruling

خَمْسَةُ أَشْيَاءَ يَجِبُ عَلَى النَّاسِ الْأَخْذُ فِيهَا بِظَاهِرِ الْحُكْمِ الْوِلَايَاتُ وَ الْمَنَاكِحُ‌ وَ الذَّبَائِحُ وَ الشَّهَادَاتُ وَ الْأَنْسَابُ فَإِذَا كَانَ ظَاهِرُ الرَّجُلِ ظَاهِراً مَأْمُوناً- جَازَتْ شَهَادَتُهُ وَ لَا يُسْأَلُ عَنْ بَاطِنِهِ‌[1].
