قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع لَا يَشْفَعَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي حَدٍّ إِذَا بَلَغَ الْإِمَامَ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَمْلِكُهُ فِيمَا يُشْفَعُ فِيهِ وَ مَا لَمْ يَبْلُغِ الْإِمَامَ فَإِنَّهُ يَمْلِكُهُ فَاشْفَعْ فِيمَا لَمْ يَبْلُغِ الْإِمَامَ إِذَا رَأَيْتَ النَّدَمَ وَ اشْفَعْ فِيمَا لَمْ يَبْلُغِ الْإِمَامَ فِي غَيْرِ الْحَدِّ مَعَ رُجُوعِ الْمَشْفُوعِ لَهُ وَ لَا تَشْفَعْ فِي حَقِّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ إِلَّا بِ
