Chapter on Judging by the Testimony of Two Women and the Oath of the Claimant

رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ النِّسَاءِ مَعَ يَمِينِ الطَّالِبِ فِي الدَّيْنِ يَحْلِفُ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّ حَقَّهُ لَحَقٌ‌[3].

Hadith.3321 - Hammad narrated from al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah (as), that: "The Messenger of Allah (swt), peace be upon him and his family, permitted the testimony of women along with the oath of the claimant in matters of debt, where he swears by Allah (swt) that his claim is true."
