وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ بَيِّنَةٌ عَادِلَةٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَ إِنْ أَقَامَ بَعْدَ مَا اسْتَحْلَفَهُ بِاللَّهِ خَمْسِينَ قَسَامَةً[1] مَا كَانَ لَهُ حَقٌّ فَإِنَّ الْيَمِينَ قَدْ أَبْطَلَتْ كُلَّ مَا ادَّعَاهُ قَبْلَهُ مِمَّا قَدِ اسْتَحْلَفَهُ عَلَيْهِ[2].
