اتَّقُوا الْحُكُومَةَ فَإِنَّ الْحُكُومَةَ إِنَّمَا هِيَ لِلْإِمَامِ الْعَالِمِ بِالْقَضَاءِ الْعَادِلِ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ كَنَبِيٍّ أَوْ وَصِيِّ نَبِيٍّ.

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع لِشُرَيْحٍ يَا شُرَيْحُ قَدْ جَلَسْتَ مَجْلِساً مَا جَلَسَهُ إِلَّا نَبِيٌّ أَوْ وَصِيٌّ نَبِيٍّ أَوْ شَقِيٌ[3].
Hadith.3223 - Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said to Shurayh: "O Shurayh, you have sat in a position that none has sat in except a prophet, the executor of a prophet, or a wretched person."
