Chapter on a Man Who Makes a Bequest, but the Executor Forgets it and Only Remembers One Part of it

faqih-5503Vol. 4, p. 218-219

I wrote to Imam (as) - meaning Imam Ali ibn Muhammad Al-Hadi (as) - asking about a person who had made a will, but the executor only remembered one part of it. What should be done with the remaining parts? Imam (as) replied: "Allocate the remaining parts to charitable acts."
