لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا دَخَلَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ فَأَقَرَّ بِهِ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ وَ زَنَى وَ أَكَلَ الرِّبَا وَ لَمْ يَتَبَيَّنْ لَهُ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الْحَلَالِ وَ الْحَرَامِ لَمْ أُقِمْ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ إِذَا كَانَ جَاهِلًا إِلَّا أَنْ تَقُومَ عَلَيْهِ الْبَيِّنَةُ أَنَّهُ قَرَأَ السُّورَةَ الَّتِي فِيهَا الزِّنَا وَ الْخَمْرُ وَ أَكْلُ الرِّبَا وَ إِذَا جَهِلَ ذَلِكَ أَعْلَمْتُهُ وَ أَخْبَرْتُهُ فَإِنْ رَكِبَهُ بَعْد
